A role combining team leadership and hands-on customer accountability will put you right at the heart of this organisation and its vibrant sales community.
You’ll partner with the Commercial Director, General Manager and functional leaders to develop and execute an actionable channel strategy to drive our mission, build brand equity and consumer experience, rapidly expand distribution, and grow sales. You will own the sales plan outright, £30m today, the route to market strategy for a fast-changing End User customer landscape. As a sales champion with a deep understanding of ‘brand building with customer’ you’ll benefit from the wider support of highly trained consumer marketing and experiential teams.
We are looking for a knowledgeable expert in Foodservice. Someone who knows every inch of pathway to optimising major account relationships. With your team, you will hold the responsibility for a broad customer portfolio including, major wholesalers, specialist buying groups and coffee shop chains. Your passion, attitude, and appetite for building incremental revenue within existing customers, and importantly winning back business from competitors will be key to your success.
Your innate commercial curiosity, willful sales mindset, and a desire for independence to show your value really matters. You’ll be proven on JBP negotiations and understand the customer like no other.
