A subsidiary of a global leader in the production of sparkling wines, wines & spirits, serving 150 countries, today our client produces high-quality brands around the world. With UK revenues in excess of £130m the ambition for growth by this organisation is relentless and to achieve their aim now requires an experienced and entrepreneurial sales leader with an equal zest for success.

You will already be a UK Sales Director, with a stellar track record and reputation in the FMCG Grocery sector. In such a critical appointment you will be expected to bring a refreshed view of leading-edge, latest thinking, sales know-how for a wide and varied customer universe. This will be complemented by a strong voice at the customer table, an intellectual curiosity, combined with a spirit of adventure.

As a member of the operational Board, your brief will be to lead the development of the commercial strategy, driving new developments in a highly ambitious and dynamic environment. You’ll have a commanding presence, a streak of creativity when it comes to a broad portfolio of mature and new brands, and an unstoppable appetite for leading big teams by example. The role demands real conviction, energy, and someone who wants to make a difference and build a lasting legacy.
