Our client is an autonomous, £25m UK subsidiary of a major European food group, with a progressive, energised and highly credible senior leadership team. Their mission now is to find an experienced grocery retail commercial sales professional who will add even more skill to the gene pool of the sales function. The winning formula for this role is bringing enterprise and capability in nurturing existing major retail customers, of which the top two or three will be chosen to suit your knowledge and motivation.
To qualify, you will be highly trained in the structured principles of account management. An ambitious Sales Manager, you will have a demonstrable track record of performance selling brands to supermarkets. Your working knowledge of JBP negotiation and formal account planning must be without question, someone who is driven by their early career success and who thrives in the spotlight, certainly not shy of real ownership and empowerment.
You have a pioneering attitude, as well as evident skills, to ensure confidence at the customer negotiation table. You are ready to step into this expansive role and bring modern techniques to the party. You’ll be known for your determination to achieve results and stand out from the crowd.
