Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion promise
At TSP, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are of utmost importance to us as the Recruitment partner to the Clients that use our services for talent acquisition. Together, our aim is to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging and with that, we actively bring diverse voices to our business decisions.
Inclusion starts at the beginning of our selection process when looking at candidate attraction. From the moment a candidate engages with us and our clients, our job is to make them feel their differences are valued. From how we craft a job post, a job description, the screening process, the selection and interview process, right through to the onboarding and induction programme. TSP and our partnered Clients have a responsibility to be inclusive in our approach, seeking diverse input from employees to ensure richness of thought and innovation, a variety of opinions and different perspectives. We believe that to build a truly diverse workforce, we must embrace the opportunity to continually evolve. Everyone, without exception, deserves the right to feel comfortable being their authentic self in the workplace, accepted without exception, and that their voice matters.
